I’m From just launched the Fig Line, which include the Fig Boosting Essence, Fig Scrub Mask, and Fig Cleansing Balm. What I really like about this brand is that they always focus on natural ingredients, and they also state the percentage of extraction on the packaging.
Notable ingredients:
- 62.7% Fig Extraction: rich in antioxidants, enhance skin’s hydration and improve skin color
- Glycine Soja (Soybean) Seed Extract: great moisturizer, amino acid – rich extract, good for wound healing, stimulating collagen production, reducing wrinkles.
Something to note down:
- Fig also contains psoralens – a compound can make skin more sensitive to skin exposure. So I recommend using this product during your night time skin care routine to experience the best result.
The Fig Boosting Essence contains no fragrant – if you are wondering. The packaging comes in a tinted pinkish purple 150ml glass bottle. The texture of this essence somehow reminds me of the Klairs Fundamental Watery Oil Drop. The consistency is not super watery or tacky. It’s easy to apply and the essence absorbs well into my skin. These is no greasiness afterward.
I was surprised by the level of moisture my skin gains after using this product. I had had some flaky skin around the tip of my nose, and after 2 days using this, that area started to smooth down! So I decided to take time and tried this essence for 3 more weeks to see a better result. My skin feels soft, smooth and the overall skin texture has improved so much. It didn’t cause me any irritation or breakout, so I would say this essence is really gently on the skin.
